Gordon Campbell, trombone

Regarded by many as one of the UK’s leading trombone players, Gordon Campbell is the lead trombone in the BBC Big Band.  His career has encompassed jazz, classical, musical theatre, film and pop, and he has worked with many of the world's leading performers including Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Ray Charles and Robbie Williams.

 

Tickets are £5 and must be booked in advance.

 

 

Bradfield College Spring Concert

Our popular Spring Concert will be held in the Concert Hall at Reading Town Hall. The Orchestra, String Group, Concert Band, Swing Band and College Choirs will all perform.

 

Admission is free of charge.

Our series will finish with two of our talented instrumental teachers. Anne Law is a regular performer with ensembles across the country. She will be joined by Alexis White.

In addition to our Concert Series, the College Music Department organises numerous concerts and events throughout the academic year. Guests are always welcome to attend our Lunchtime Recitals, GCSE and A level Concerts, Ensemble Recitals and other musical events.
