International Scholarship Finalist

Congratulations to Sophie (I) who has been selected as one of ten finalists for the Peter Watson International Scholarship. Sophie will be presenting her scientific extended essay on the factors which affect the rotation of optically active compounds at the University of Cambridge in front of a panel of judges.
She will also have the opportunity to attend a guest lecture by Professor Keith Martin, Professor of Ophthalmology, University of Cambridge and is in with a chance of winning one of two prizes to travel to America and visit the world-famous National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health as well as the USA Science and Engineering Festival in Washington DC.
