Pupils embody Talking School ethos in Mental Health Awareness video
You can’t tell how someone feels just by looking at them. What if, instead of seeing labels, we saw people who are struggling and we could be there for them so they don’t feel so alone. Each of us has the power to change our culture.
Pupils’ wellbeing and happiness remain at the heart of the Bradfield experience with the pupil body in the centre of our ‘talking school’ ethos. To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week our JCR Prefect team launched a powerful video to raise awareness of the impact of loneliness on our mental health and empower their peers to look past the stigmas surrounding mental health and start to talk about it in a constructive way.
Don’t suffer in silence. It’s okay to be not okay.
