We are delighted to share the news that Roanna (M) has been selected for the GBU19 team to travel to Guernsey in August this year.
As shooting coach, Mr Bates will join her as the adjutant of the team.
During the selection process, I witnessed Roanna not only shoot very well but show all the qualities that we here at Bradfield hold so dear. She was a great team player, coaching and plotting as well as being very supportive in all areas including behind the firing point.
This selection is not just a reward for her performance over the weekend but also for her dedication to the sport and the Bradfield team over the past 5 years. Having been on the UK Cadet Rifle Team (GBU17 eqv) British Cadet Rifle Team (GBU18 eqv) and now achieving full colours it is a fantastic way for her to end her time as a Bradfield shot.
