Bradfield Telethon 2021: Caller Application Form

Thank you for your interest in being a caller for our telephone campaign that will run 8-22 November inclusive. Being a campaign caller is a great way to earn a bit of money whilst doing something fun and also for a good cause.

Please complete the form below by 21 September and we will get back to you by 28 September to let you know if you have been short-listed for an interview.

The pre-training and the telethon will take place from 8-22 November inclusive and to be considered as a caller you must be available for all the below activities. Please confirm that you can participate in all the below by selecting the check boxes:
- 2 full days of training, approx 9am - 5pm on 8&9 Nov
- First short shift from approx 6 - 8pm on 9 Nov
- Weekday shifts from approx 6 - 9:30pm
- Saturday shifts from approx 10am - 5pm
- Sunday shifts from approx 2-8pm
Working from Home: Equipment & Environment*
To be a caller you must be able to provide your own equipment and have a suitable place to call from. Please confirm the following by selecting the check boxes:
