Data collected when you make a donation – your payment card details and amount of donation. Card details are passed directly to the card processor Stripe and are not held by Bradfield College or Hubbub.
Purpose of processing – the administration of the 2025 Giving Day
Data Processors – the giving day is administered by Hubbub – www.hubbub.net
Legal basis – the College’s legitimate interest is raising funds to support bursaries
Retention period – For donors who have given £500 and over, we retain the data (including name) for the donor’s lifetime. For other donors, we will keep this information for 7 years from the date of the last donation, after which we will delete all information other than the amount, date and purpose of the donation(s).” Hubbub will delete data from their systems within 3 months of the Giving Day.
