Bursaries

Bursaries are means-tested and parents on low incomes can receive a discount of up to 100% on tuition fees. The College also takes into account compassionate and other relevant circumstances in deciding on the level of support.

Bursaries are awarded approximately six months before the start of the academic year to which the bursaries relate. Bursaries are subject to annual review and parents may be asked to provide updated financial information. The annual review may result in bursaries being increased or decreased.

Parents who are intending to apply for bursarial support must submit their request when completing the Provisional Registration Form.

The deadline for bursary applications is 31 October of the year preceding the entry year.

BURSARY POLICY AND APPLICATION PROCESS

CEA & FCO Funding

To qualify for full CEA or equivalent funding, families are required to contribute at least 10% of the boarding fees.

Bradfield operates a means-tested approach to bridge the gap between this contribution and the CEA or equivalent funding.  This ensures support is allocated to those who genuinely need it.  In practice, most families who apply qualify for full means-tested assistance, making Bradfield more accessible and equitable.
