Our Pledge

As an institution, we are committed to the UK Agent Quality Framework and pledge to create and maintain the highest standards of agent management, ensuring the UK remains a leading study destination for international students.

The pledge declares that we are committed to:

  1. Empowering student choice and enabling informed decision making
  2. Ensuring good agent governance and professionalism
  3. Promoting ethical agent practices, professional knowledge and competency
  4. Increasing transparency and accountability

Education Consultants and Agents

We ask all our educational consultant partners to adhere to The National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents, to follow The Good Practice Guide for UK education agents partnering for quality, and to undertake appropriate regular training, such as British Council training. Bradfield accepts admissions enquiries from families directly and through trusted recruitment agencies.

Choosing an Education Consultant or Agent

Choosing the right international study destination for your child is one of the most significant decisions you will make. Whilst guidance from family and friends can be valuable, the process of choosing a school and completing applications can sometimes feel complex. Many families therefore choose to work with a trusted education consultant, agent or counsellor who can offer expert advice and support throughout the process. Bradfield College has a commercial relationship with a network of education agents. A placement fee is paid to agent partners who successfully enroll pupils with us.

We encourage all prospective international pupils who are considering using a consultant or agent to read the AQF Student and Parent Guide to Choosing an Education Agent. The guide, linked below, has been created for families, and students, to explain the role of education agents who support applicants to UK schools, and to outline the professional standards and services you should expect from them.

Families may wish to check that their education consultant or agent has undertaken the latest training with the British Council or is accredited with the BSA (Boarding Schools’ Association). Families are welcome to contact the Admissions office if they would like to check that their educational consultant or agent has a relationship with Bradfield.

We greatly appreciate our partner agents and the vital role they play in supporting our prospective pupils and their families; however, if you have any concerns or wish to raise a complaint about a specific agent, please contact admissions@bradfieldcollege.org.uk. We value your feedback and this helps us ensure we provide the best possible experience for our families.

For education consultants and agent partners who wish to work with Bradfield, we recognise the following training course in supporting the aim of ensuring the UK remains a leading study destination for international pupils:
