Hillside prides itself on its open and friendly community where much emphasis is placed upon the boys' effort and contribution in all aspects of Bradfield life. We want them to develop into reflective, self-critical, ambitious learners and seek to create an environment in which they are free to explore, enquire, innovate and take well-considered risks. Above all, we want the boys to leave Bradfield as balanced, principled and open-minded individuals, well-prepared and confident of their ability to handle the unpredictable challenges that life beyond Bradfield will throw at them.
